All quoted rates are in EUROS (€) per room per day and are inclusive of VAT

RESERVATION PAYMENT – CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOW POLICY

15% the reservation amount is collected from your credit card upon making your reservation. through the website.  The balance is payable 14 days in advance of arrival.  If the balance cannot be collected, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

In case of guest cancellations, 50% of the booking fee will be charged. 

In case of a no-show, the full booking fee will be charged.

No additional fees will be charged. The refund payment will be made in 5 business days after the full refund is approved.

After payment has been processed a purchase with the name will appear in your bank statement.

1 Day minimum advance reservation for all accommodations

COMPLAINTS

Our Hotel is responsible for any complaints may arise regarding our hotel and services.

If you wish to complain please send us email at info@archontikokiverniti.com by adding in the subject section “COMPLAINT”.

Our team will be happy to respond your complaint within 48 hours. 

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICY

Check-In: 14:00 Check-out: 12:00 Early check-ins and/or late check-outs are subject to hotel’s availability. Please contact us for additional information

CHILDREN POLICY

Children of 14 years old and up will be charged the applicable extra adult supplement.

PETS’ POLICY

Dogs, cats and any other kind of pet is not allowed in our premises
